Our jewelry is made to last, but we don’t recommend wearing gold-plated pieces during workouts, swimming or showering. Chlorine, saltwater, sweat, and moisture can affect the finish and longevity of the piece over time, even with durable metals.

For the longest wear, it's best to remove your jewelry before any activity involving water or excessive perspiration.
